All Day Sitting

All day sittings run from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Please contact us if you are planning to attend. A $15.00 donation is requested for the sitting and lunch. It is helpful if participants arrive by 8:15 a.m. to sign in and choose a seat. If you would like to stay overnight please make a reservation with the receptionist.

8:30 am	Timed sitting and walking
10:00 am	Break/open sitting
10:30 am	Timed sitting and walking
11:05 am	Talk followed by open sitting
12:00 pm	Lunch
12:30 pm	Clean-up and break
1:30 pm	Timed sitting and walking
2:30 pm	Group dialogue
3:30 pm	Quiet sitting following dialogue
4:00 pm	Refreshments
