Staff Openings
We sometimes have staff openings at Springwater Center. Staff benefits include some medical coverage, a monthly salary, five weeks of vacation, and the opportunity to attend retreats. Staff operate and maintain the Center, conduct retreats, provide for guests, and coordinate rentals.
Springwater Center is a country retreat center, where staff and volunteers live and work together. If you are interested in applying for staff, we ask you to volunteer for several weeks and attend one retreat prior to consideration, so that we can get to know one another.
